    PRICES

    All prices of our apartments in Sölden are per apartment and day for the specified number of people (= basic price), including Freizeit Arena with swimming pool in summer while in winter it also comprises a wellness area with saunas, steam bath and a lot more. In summer, the ultimate Ötztal Summer Card is as well included. The resort tax is to be paid on site. Each additional person is charged per person and day. On request, we will be happy to provide you with the current prices for the Ötztaler Cycle Marathon and the Alpine Ski World Cup weekends.

    RESORT TAX

    The resort tax amounts to € 4.00 per person and day.
    Children and young adults up to the age of 14 do not pay the resort tax.

    CHILD DISCOUNTS & CHILDREN'S EQUIPMENT

    There are discounts for children when sleeping in our additional beds. We can provide a travel cot including bed linen and a high chair free of charge and on request.

    SHORT STAY SURCHARGE

    10% short stay surcharge for up to 3 nights.

    SMOKING

    We are a non-smoking guesthouse! Therefore, smoking is only permitted on the balconies or terraces.

    LINEN & TOWELS

    Bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course included. Linen is changed once for stays of 14 nights, towels are changed every 3 to 4 days free of charge. You are welcome to use our guests' washing machine and tumble dryer for a small exra fee.

    All guests staying at our apartment house enjoy free internet access via our WiFi hotspot.

    BREAD DELIVERY SERVICE

    We will be happy to pass on your bread roll order to our local baker. The delivery takes place straight to our house and will be charged at the end of your stay.

    E-CHARGING STATION

    Charge your e-car directly in our parking area. Billing is based on consumption.

    Please note our minimum length of stay:
     

    • Low Season: 3-5 nights
    • High Season: 7 nights (Winter: Saturday to Saturday)

    CANCELLATION FEES
    • Free cancellation up to 61 days prior arrival
    • From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
    • From 29 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price
    • From 6 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total price
    • In the event of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price

Thanks to the unrivaled Ötztal Inside Summer Card you can experience more of Ötztal. The holiday card is included in every apartment at Apart Corona in Sölden. You can look forward to free use of mountain lifts, free admission to swimming lakes and outdoor pools as well as museums and a free guided hiking program. At selected times you even enjoy free entry to AREA 47 and breathtaking AQUA DOME in nearby Längenfeld.
